Meet Misson Control, the new level of fan engagement in the NIL world of college football. Guess whoβs leading the charge? Former UCF quarterback McKenzie Milton.
In partnership with Dreamfield, Milton and co-founder Luis Pardillo, a UCF alum, joined us on Instagram live to discuss the new NIL collective βMission Controlβ - which allows fans receive access to intimate and exclusive events with their favorite players, across all sports. The experiences span everything from youth camps to private gatherings, NFTs and exclusive merchandise, with athletes being compensated through name, image and likeness.
The subscription service has four tiers:
βPioneerβ package: $10 a month, gives fans who sign up general access to private events, camps and clinics.
βGeminiβ package: $25 a month with early access to those events.
βMercuryβ package: $50 a month, including behind-the-scenes scoop on the team and a Discord fan community.
βApolloβ package: $200 a month with VIP access to events and experiences, VIP quarterly events and VIP Discord chats.
In our interview, Milton and Pardillo dove into the details of Mission Control and what itβll mean for Knight Nation. Milton also opened up about UCFβs quarterback battle, Dillon Gabrielβs transfer, his own decision to leave UCF in December of 2020, his NFL future, his impressions of Gus Malzahn and what the future of NIL looks like in the sport of college football.
